Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times for Bellyard?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

I made a reservation at Bellyard, but now my travel plans have been changed and I need to amend the stay but the dates I need are not available. What should I do?
Amendments to reservations are limited to availability. If the revised stay conflicts with a minimum length of stay requirement, the modification will not be possible.

Is there parking at Bellyard?
Yes, we have overnight Valet Parking for $47 per day with in/out privileges and a Self-Parking garage is also available.

 

Are you pet friendly?
We certainly are! Just be advised that there is a $150 per night pet fee, for the deep cleaning of the room. 100 lbs. size limit on your furry friend, limit each room to two pets. Please alert the hotel in advance.

Drawbar is pet-friendly on the terrace and in the Garden Courtyard.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Bellyard does not accept or sell gift certificates. However, guests can use Visa gift cards for their payment method upon departure.

I need a block of rooms or I am interested in private space. Who can I contact?
For 10 or more guest rooms, please contact the sales department at Sales@bellyardhotel.com.

Drawbar does not accept individual reservations. Food and beverage minimum and/or contract required for group reservations. Group reservations must be made at least 5-days prior to the desired date.

Group reservations for 8-17 guests please email drawbar@bellyardhotel.com.
Group reservations for 18+ guests please email mwolkin@bellyardhotel.com.

Can I get an early check-in?
Due to our high volume and occupancy, it is unlikely that an early check-in can be accommodated and is never guaranteed. However, we always do our best to accommodate if availability allows. If you arrive before check-in, our staff will happily store your luggage and make suggestions for local attractions to see while your room is being cleaned.

Is there a refrigerator in my room?
Unfortunately, there are no refrigerators in our guest rooms.

 

Is coffee provided by the hotel?
Guests can visit Saint Germain Coffee Bar in the hotel’s lobby. Nespresso Coffee makers are available upon request and based on availability.

Can I take pictures at the hotel?
All guests are welcome to take personal snapshots. All other photo sessions and filming requests must be submitted to the Marketing Department for consideration/approval and are subject to location fees and restrictions. Please view and download the Bellyard Photography Policy  guidelines and Bellyard Photography Request Form . Request forms must be emailed to sales@bellyardhotel.com at least 5 days prior to the requested event date.

Do you have a pool and/or spa offerings?
Unfortunately, there is no pool or spa on property.
