Southern Blues: A Four Course Tasting Dinner

Join us at Drawbar for Southern Blues, a one-night-only chef’s tasting experience celebrating the bold flavors, ingredients, and traditions of the South through a modern lens.

This four-course dinner begins with Blue Crab Beignets and concludes with a deconstructed blueberry cheesecake, with thoughtfully crafted dishes in between. Along the way, guests will enjoy inventive takes on Southern classics, including a blueberry and blue cheese salad and braised short rib served over blue corn grits.

Optional cocktail pairings are available with each course, featuring a collection of blueberry-inspired creations designed to complement the menu’s progression from savory to sweet.
